The Economists produced an important scoping report which will help measure the impact of Circle’s and Addictions Support and Counselling’s (ASC) new partnership in North & South Lanarkshire, the ‘Women’s Outreach Team’. The service and evaluating its impact is an important step in challenging the gender inequality surrounding Scotland’s disproportionate imprisonment of women.
