Circle Lanarkshire presented at this year’s Scotish Drugs Forum Annual Conference and Project Fair. The presentation on the work of Circle; “What works!” was very well received and generated a lot of interest from other services. All presentations of the day’s event can be viewed here.
Circle Lanarkshire also played a key role in “Working together to tackle the effects of Substance Misuse on children and families” Conference held at the Holiday Inn, East Kilbride. Alongside key note speaker Joy Barlow, Circle Lanarkshire worker Joanne presented a case study with discussion around the GIRFEC process.
Both events were a great success and highlighted the positive work Circle and other organisations do with families, as well as providing time for discussion on ways to improve services.
