Circle’s West Lothian Project was successful in securing a year’s funding from Edinburgh & Lothians Health Foundation. This will enable the development of our services supporting families to improve their mental health and emotional well-being. We have recently co-delivered a course called Living Life to the Full with our partners from West Lothian Drug and Alcohol Service. This course, based on cognitive behaviour therapy, helps participants to find ways to manage their emotional health and allows them to discuss ways in which they can change how they think to becoming more positive. We have had very positive feedback from the two courses we have been involved in and this funding will help us to deliver more courses. It will also help us with our individual work with families.
